These advisors were awful. We met with Tayler. She didn't tell us about any of the fees associated with the education fund or the IRA we set up. On the education fund, the fees ended up being about 5% of what we put in, which is incredibly high. On the IRA, there was a $110 annual fee that she never mentioned.
When I let Tayler know that I felt like she hadn't been forthright with information about the fees, she essentially told me that we were putting so little money aside it would be laughable to assume that she was misleading us for financial reasons. It was really, really insulting, and caused us to choose to stop investing with WF.
When we officially cut ties, Bill let us know that if we were to acquire liquid assets above $25k, they "would be happy to hear from you again." Again, super insulting. We might not have a ton of cash right now, but we're in our 20s and invest 12-15% of our income - Bill and Tayler lost 60 years of our business by being extremely rude to us. I will not do business with them again.
