Apts looked amazing!
Unfortunately, our Agent didn't seem to take the job very seriously.
I'm not one to do reviews, but she took a deposit to secure it, promising it would still be ours even with the website difficulties we had to unseat; they called back later to say it was unavailable.

I have lived at Piper lakes for almost 5 years now. Absolutely love the community and apartments. The managment staff has always been so welcoming and friendly, and the maintenance guys have the quickest turnaround time. I started out in a one bedroom. The 1 bedroom island layout was perfect for one person, but now have lived in the bigger of the two bedrooms with my best friend! Super spacious & you won't find anything else in Grand Haven to compare to the how nice this place is. I have been commuting to Grand Rapids everyday because I can't find anything in Grand Rapids even close to the price.

Amazing experience with great coffee bar, full fitness center available 24/7 and beautiful interior finishes. Close to bike path, shopping, downtown, beach and restaurants with public transportation available. Short term, long term and furnished apartment homes available

Great place to call home! I love the layout of our apartment and the kitchen is a chef's dream! The staff are very friendly and always quick to respond to any issues that may arise. They have get togethers monthly to meet your neighbors - it's a great place to live!

We're living here while we're in the process of downsizing to a smaller home. We chose Piper Lakes for the amenities, it's non-smoking atmosphere, and the location. It's right on the bike path, a half mile from Meijer and Wal-Mart, and an easy 15 minute bike ride to downtown. When the pool was open (during the warm weather), it was a great place to hang out and meet some of the other residents. The clubhouse is available 24 hours a day, offering snacks, coffee, and hot chocolate, it has a gas fireplace, and is a nice place to have a small gathering, particularly with the gas grill right outside the door. There is also a monthly party in the clubhouse, always with a different theme.
The reason I give it four stars is the noise. Having lived in houses for the past 40+ years, it's quite an adjustment getting used to footsteps above, garage doors below, and other disruptions that accompany apartment living.
If you're looking for a nice community with friendly staff and nice amenities, check them out.

Convenient location with upgraded modern finishes. The amenities offered to the tenants are great. The staff is wonderful and always so great with communication and keeping everyone informed.
