I have never experienced better customer service. They are always warm, understanding, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend. They sit down and talk you through everything and really take their time with you. This is an awesome place. I also love that they use an app where I can communicate via text. They are always timely, responsive, and kind. This is one of my favorite businesses!

The staff at lakeshore orthodontics is amazing! I have had braces on just since February but, they all are so kind and caring. Shout out to HOLLY, you are especially sweet! The entire practice is an example of how to do a business right. Positive & warm personal interactions whether it's been a phone call, a face to face front desk interactions, or the staff working on my daughter's teeth. Dr Charnley is skilled, kind and we value & trust his guidance for our daughters orthodontic care.
They've accommodated our after hours phone calls, fitting us in for appointments, and partnered with our pediatric dentist when coordinating my daughters teeth extractions. Highly recommend this practice.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They made my experience great. I wasn't sure what to expect and was a little scared at first. Nothing to be scared of. Don't mind going in for my visits.
