Kilwins Grand Haven

75 years of sweets! How can you go wrong? You cant, this place was really good! The fudge was tasty on a hot August day. We ordered two pieces of fudge to go so we could munch on it while we headed to the car. Kilwins has the perfect spot as they are in the heartbeat of Grand Haven's shopping district. I was overly impressed with this particular area. It was like going back in time, when things were much simpler. The fudge was great! There are many upon many choices to choose from, so be prepared!

Nice little ice cream shop with tons of flavors. They do not have non diary flavors but they did have other treats. Lots of chocolates , fudge, peanut brittle and all types of candied & Carmel popcorn. Mt Daughter and her friend got Georgia peach & pistachio. They loved it . I got pecan tuttles & cashew tuttles very good rich in flavor as well. Another little spot to try in Grand Haven MI

Wow! Their ice cream was grrrreat. So delish and creamy. So many flavors to choose from, they even have a top 10 list all time faves. They not only have ice cream but fudges, popcorns, caramel apples etc. They are observing social distancing, everyone was masked and friendly. Hope to be back

We stopped by Kilwins after dinner at Kirby House & were surprised they were still open a bit after their 10pm closing time. Worked out great for us though!

The gals scooping were so friendly & patient and allowed our group of 5 to sample a couple of flavors without annoyance or judgment, ha.

I was split between the Mackinac fudge and the Marshmallow S'more but the texture from the graham on the latter ultimately won out. The ice cream here is creamy & rich without any gumminess. The flavors are also so comfortingly Midwest (like Superman & Blue Moon!) and unpretentious.

Also, because they keep their waffle cones under a heat lamp, it tastes like it's right off the griddle. Ben & Jerry's take note!!

Kilwins is, without a doubt, my favorite place to get ice cream. My heart decided on that 2 years ago and it hasn't changed ever since!

My boyfriend and I frequently make day trips around the state and my first question is always "Does this trip involve ice cream?" I didn't know Kilwins was even in Grand Haven, so boy was I surprised when we walked right by! I was giddy knowing I was getting my favorite ice cream that day.

This location does not having a public restroom and it definitely gets busy at sunset, which is to be expected in a beach town. Prices are similar to other Kilwins. 2 single scoops waffle cones run you about $10.

They also carry a wide assortment of their famous chocolates and fudges so keep that in mind. I recommend the hazelnut truffle, which is so rich in flavor.

My go-to ice cream is marshmallow s'more. I got my usual waffle cone and was slightly disappointed they didn't fill it very full. It definitely looked like maybe they didn't have enough ice cream to fill it like normal. If that was the case, simply ask if I want to add a different flavor or give me 50 cents off. Sadly, however, I paid almost $5 for a barely full waffle cone. I ended up throwing away the top of my cone so I could enjoy my ice cream. Waffle cones are fresh and always so tasty!

Overall a great stop in Grand Haven! I'll be back next time!

Your typical Kilwins, delicious but overpriced. I was craving some fudge while on vacation in Grand Haven so we stopped by. Fudge is $10 per slice and I got a slice of the chocolate peanut butter, which was very tasty.

Most of their business seems to be for ice cream but they also have truffles and Buckeyes and other treats that you can buy. I think they had a selection of gift items as well. Service was fast and I walked out with my fudge about five minutes later. there's also a small seating area outdoors if you want to eat your ice cream or other treats there.

I ordered the s'mores sundae, with the fudge brownie ice cream instead. It was delicious except for the hot fudge that got hard when it touched the ice cream making it incredibly chewy! Like I'm talking pull out a filling chewy. Otherwise, the ice cream was rich and luscious. The inside is cute with chocolate and fudge too.

Typically Kilwins. Good ice cream and chocolates. The service was good. The place is very clean. Nice place for an afternoon or evening treat.

Great location, yummy ice cream flavors. Tons of chocolate covered goodies to choose from. Freshly made caramel apples smell amazing. The apple pie ice cream was a perfect mix of apple, crust and delicious vanilla ice cream.

Wife loves the apples here. Great service as selection. So nights the line can be very long.
