Nice, clean, secure RV resort set off of Grand River in Grand Haven, MI. Resort is small, but offers nice spots along the water, as well as, some spots off of the water. Property is newer and well maintained. It's not far from downtown, the boardwalk, and stores. Some spots along the river have better visuals as some of the weeds need to be trimmed for optimum viewing. Our spot for an extended weekend had an obstructed view of the river and the boats as a result of the weeds. Each spot has a fire pit and picnic table. The office sells fire wood and ice and other items needed for camping. Property is easy to walk and offers a dog park. Free WiFi that works VERY well. Best I've used in an RV resort. Pool, hot tub, and tennis courts are on the grounds as well. We enjoyed our time here and plan on returning next year, hopefully the weeds are trimmed by then.

We stayed here several nights and had a great time. Our site was on the river and because of that, they offered a tractor tow-in to our site. My RV is 42' long, so I said, "Sure!"
East Pointe is very well maintained and pleasant to stay here. Grand Haven is a beautiful town and very nice. We recommend both to visit and stay!

First visit to Michigan and I'm staying in East Pointe RV Resort. Great view of the Grand River from our home.

I was looking for an RV spot in the area and came across Eastpointe. Stayed there this weekend and let me tell you it was great! All brand new and super clean. Friendly staff and a great location. I already booked my next visit!

Great RV resort by the water! The sites are brand new concrete. Full hook up with cable TV. Large pool and 25 person spa set to 104 degrees!

Great site, in row two, with a nice view of the river. Very well maintained place, heated pool and jacuzzi. Might be a little too nice if we were with our camping crew because there would have been some hootin and hollerin around the campfire which I don't think they would have tolerated but it was just the two of us so none of that went down. Overall nice place.

The campground is right next to a sewage treatment facility. The strong odor was the first thing we noticed. The pool was nice but we didn't want to be outside. With all the wonderful campgrounds in Michigan we will never be coming back to this one.

Very nice park and one of the best we have been to in a while. Our site was right on the river and we had great views. Huge pool and playlot. I actually did not notice the treatment plant to the south until the second day and heard no one complain. The staff is friendly and want to serve. It is very close to downtown, too. We will definitely come again.

This RV resort is a new park in Grand Haven situated on the Grand River. Short distance to a wonderful downtown with plenty of shops, restaurants and a couple of museums. Nice large RV sites on cement pad with grass area on both sides. There are basically 4 "rows" with different prices depending on the row. The closer to the river the higher the price. We first chose the row behind row on the river. After getting set up I decided I would rather be right on the river to enjoy the view (difference was only $5 a night) the owners and staff could not have been more accommodating. They came over and moved our trailer for us no problem. The row on the river is designed for motor homes to pull in forward so if you have a 5th or TT they put it in the site for you so hookups would all be on the correct side. They have a wonderful large pool and large separate hot tub. They do REALLY need to put in a few tables with umbrellas or something for some shade while enjoying the pool. There is a laundry room on site. $2 for wash and $2 to dry. Seemed a little high (couldn't determine how much time you got for $2 for the dryer. There were no signs) we were able to find a coin laundry just a couple miles away with larger machines and a bit cheaper They keep this park very clean (although it is brand new) and will pick up your trash when placed out at the end of your site (I've never seen that before). All that being said it is next door to a water treatment plant and you do get a bit of sewage odor. Seems to be a little stronger at the sites furthest from the office. We were in 89. Didn't seem to notice it in sites 93 or so and higher. Though unpleasant at times, depending on wind direction it would not keep me from staying here again. The only reason I deducted 1 star.

Beautiful RV park with brand new cement and fire pits. Nice playground for kids with a slide and swings. Heated pool and hot tub. Laundry on site. Very nice bathrooms- not your typical community bathrooms/showers. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the odor. It's next to a water treatment plant so the sewage odor is very strong. When you pull into the park-- you'll swear it's only been open for a week. They keep it in great condition.

Brand new park, only a couple years old. Very nice up scale rv park. Sits right on the grand river and in the heart of Grand Haven. The pool and hot tub are Very nice. Gazebo available for group picnics and plenty for kids to do.

Beautiful RV park. Big, roomy sites. Sparkling pool and hot tub. We were on the far side and never smelled the waste treatment but I did smell it when we entered and exited. We were I. The last spot in the river. We unhooked our 5th wheel at the entrance and they brought it back for us with front end facing the water. Such service! Not a bad spot in the place. Don't let the reviews of smelly air keep you away.
