My family had a great time here today. Spent a lot of time and money in the arcade with my nieces (aged 8, 6, and 3). They received over 2000 tickets to get prizes.
We came on a Wednesday which was 25$ for a wristband that allows you to go on 5 rides or activities. The girls loved the go karts, bungee jump, and bumper boats. Adults enjoyed the slick track and batting cages. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Only downfall is the arcade machines ate up many coins. When we told the staff they gave us some extra coins, but near the end there was only 2 staff members that we could see inside and a line so we lost 3 tokens. Oh well, still a great time!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kim R.Sharon, MA0321Apr 30, 2023
Was in town visiting and while this is a great spot for little kids, the staff was kind of rude. When we entered the place, we purchased tokens and as the staffer handed us the coins then said to us in a somewhat rude tone that they were closing at 6 and we must be done by then. I'm wondering why they didn't tell us this before we bought the tokens? Then 15 minutes later the same person roamed the floor and in a rude voice continued to remind us they were closing in 15. While I understand their need to close on time, tone is everything with customers. Would have been a better experience with staff who were friendly and upbeat.

Went here with my sons today. Cons- The token machines weren't working. I counted at least 5 of the indoor games that took our tokens but didn't work. We paid for the batting cages, two balls came out, then the equipment stopped. We tried getting an attendant to help us, but they just gave us tokens to try another cage. I tried another cage and the equipment was stuck again, and the balls didnt come out. There were quite a bit of game units out of order.
Pros- The mini golf was fun, but one of our balls bounced out of the area and into the water. End of game.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rick C.Grand Haven, MI25240350Jul 26, 2020
PANNED DURING THE PANDEMIC...
This place is fun for my kids. They love go-cart racing. Buuuut, it's a place that no adults were visible and the kids running the place, could not answer simple questions over the phone. I had called and asked if we needed long pants to drive the go-carts. After the 4th time of repeating the question, I was losing my cool. I could tell this girl on the phone was not paying attention.
So we get there and I tripped on the boardwalk. Not a single person asked me if I was okay. Throwing shade on the public that were bystanders too.
I've panned Craig's Cruisers before, albeit a different location (Holland).

We went at 11:30 on a Thursday, got the 3 activity package for each person which was a good deal. There were no lines, the place was not busy. We had a grand time. Staff was friendly, grounds and building/restrooms clean. The Go Kart and Bumper Boat rides were super, and they were a good length (5 minutes each). Maybe they are shorter when they are busier, but we had a blast and thought it was a good value. Mini Golf is not the hardest course or fanciest I've seen, but it is a well maintained, fun course that takes some thought. If you are a super putter it might be a bit boring, but for the rest of us it is great.

Well kept go karts, mini golf and grounds. All clean & rules being followed. Even the teens working there were very nice as well. Had a great time & would absolutely go again

It's great to have a local family fun spot during the summer. I wish there was more options and activities to do but overall it is fun. The employees are a little slow and lack customer service. This is probably because they are high schoolers. They aren't rude just need more training on customer service. But overall, it's a great place to have a family outing.

According to their website and outside sign, they are open during Saturdays and Sundays during this season. It is not the proper weather right now for going outside, but at least the arcade's open.
One can buy arcade tokens with either cash or credit card.
The arcade games here include a brand-new Aliens rail shooter, Terminator Salvation, a biking game by Namco that takes your photo for later use (it resembles the one where you drive a car and take your photo, but it doesn't have the PIN number feature), and the rest of it is mostly ticket redemption games. The difficulty on most games seems to be set to easy as the low number of tokens (in relation to how many I usually buy) I bought got me through all of the Aliens game even after having to repeat the final boss battle. Some of the older (in terms of publishing date) games seemed to have a few buttons that didn't work, but a person that came with me seemed to enjoy the ducky ticket redemption game, quack quack!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ashley E.Portland, OR421Aug 21, 2010First to Review
Maybe it just makes me feel nostalgic, but I love this place. I went back with my 20-somthing friends and had a blast at the arcade. It still only costs a quarter to play most games (including skee-ball!) and there is always a little kid to give your tickets to (or you can get yourself a tootsie roll and a set of plastic vampire teeth to take pictures with in the car... just saying).
The mini-golf coarse is a classic, and pretty cheap to play. There are go-carts, batting cages, pretty much anything a kid could hope for. Next time you drag your son or daughter around the mall for hours stop off and let them play some pin-ball on the way home.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jc N.Muskegon, MI38149Apr 26, 2015
This is a good place to go if CEC is to busy to play video games, or if you'd like to play mini golf, bumper boats, hit some baseballs, race go karts or just to feed the fish. Our trips are always pleasant and the staff friendly. Video game selection isn't as great or cheap as CEC but still good for all ages. Bumper boats a good when its nice and warm out. The mini golf is great as its multi level and has some nice scenery. They have 3 go kart tracks, 1 for little kids only, 1 for older kids, adults and side by side, and a slick track with more powerful sprint kart type karts. The big track has a nice layout and they could use a little more speed from the karts but thats just me. Batting cages are nice. They have fish food available so you can go out by the pond and see the 100 some fish go crazy for the food. Only had food 1 time so i would rather not say anything about it other then it was good. Overall a great place.
