Hit a deer and needed some work done. City came highly recommended so we chose them. They said the repair would take about a week. They had it over 4 weeks! I completely understand the supply chain shortages and staffing shortages right now. But the quality of the work was awful. Every SINGLE thing they fixed was broken when I got it back. New passenger door wouldn't unlock, new radiator and heat didn't work, new headlight was out, and front and back washer fluid switches were switched. Ridiculous.

I've been taking my cars to City Auto Body for both mechanical work and body work for over 30 years. To mention some of the services done in recent years they've replaced a radiator and water pump, done a 100k tune-up (fluids, spark plugs, etc), oil changes, and the complete restoration of a '65 Mustang. I completely trust them for all of my car care.

I cannot say enough about City Auto Body! My car was backed into and had a huge dent on the door. Took it to City and was schedule for repair within a week. Office staff was so helpful in handling all the insurance paperwork and were so friendly and accommodating as well. I was offered a rental which was very convenient. When I got the car back, it looked brand new! You would never know there had been any damage. The entire team was awesome and I will highly recommend City Auto Body to anyone. Thanks!

Wow, not only did they stay an extra hour late to fix our car (they knew we only have one car, so need it to get our son to school, and my husband and I to work), but the guys helped out by staying an extra hour late, til 6:00 to work on the car! AND after I paid my bill then they told me they'd even done three things extra for free~!

I was very happy with the way everything was handled, including the timing updates and quality of work performed.
