We have been with Arrowaste for 16 years. We recently shopped around for
a company that would offer weekly recycling. Chef did but their cost for
Yard Waste from April-Nov. was a whopping $132.40 as opposed to only
$40 through Arrowaste.
When asked Arrowaste provided us with 2 containers (96g) onr for trash and 1 for recycling for only $46/quarterly with $40/year for our yard waste.
Good customer service, he knew his stuff and worked hard to retain us as customers.

One of the core values on Arrowaste's website is "consistent service that makes you (the customer), our priority - period..." Arrowaste mistakenly grabbed our trash and recycling containers yesterday. Coincidentally, we also had a new fridge delivered, so had perishable trash to put in the dumpster right away after pickup. I contacted Arrowaste first thing this morning to have the dumpsters returned. I was told by the receptionist and by the general manager that they wouldn't have anyone available to bring a dumpster out until tomorrow. This surprised me. As a long-standing customer, I expected Arrowaste to find a way to have at least one of the dumpsters delivered today, especially after explaining the situation. In reality, a dumpster could fit in most vehicles, and essentially anyone could deliver one with the service philosophy claimed on the website. I wonder what the general manager's expectation would be if he were the customer? While I realize we are just one paying customer, the unwillingness to find a way is disappointing. If we were not on a shared driveway and I didn't have to consider the wear and tear on our driveway of heavy vehicles, I would switch companies in a heartbeat.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Still trying to resolve a billing issue from Sept of 2023 and Diane Drunkenmiller, their head PR person, is ghosting me. They will not respond to me so I've taken to emailing them weekly. Buyer beware!!! If you end up witha billing issue with them like I did, they will gaslight and ignore you and not resolve the complaint. I've switched to Republic and they are hands down the better garbage service. #boycottarrowaste​

For six weeks in a row the driver on our route has left the can in the road!!!
Lazy, don't give a damn attitude and totally unacceptable.
Finally have had enough and called the office.
Was told the driver supervisor was unavailable.

I wouldn't use this company for waste management they don't treat customers with respect and you will be at there mercy if your stop is missed.

We started with Everkept and ended up with Arrowaste when they bought them out. The transition was seamless and we have been pleased with their service. The price might be a little bit higher (I honestly don't pay that close attention, but I know it's not more than a few bucks) but everything seems to be a bit higher right now. We did have an incident where one of the wheels on the recycling bin got bent when it was dumped. I called and arrangements were made to swap the bent wheel out with a new one. Easy peasy and very cheerfully handled. I am satisfied with our service and can't understand why some of our neighbors use companies that cost more. I think it's a no brainer to do business with Arrowaste.

So I paid $147.00 for this service, you know the last day is Nov 30th. So I put the yard waste along side of my garbage bin the evening before. The day of pickup, I noticed the yard waste bin pushed aside about 4 feet and still had not been emptied. I contacted Arrow Waste about it. I was told the driver had marked he had picked it up, nope, not true. So they said they would get it tomorrow. I asked why not today, I have more yard waste to put in the container and there is no room. She said we do it the next day. I asked how come the driver marked it down as already picked up? She said I really couldnt tell you that. I asked if they had someone out today to pick it up. No, we do it the next day after a call is made. For the amount of money you pay this company, they sure dont go out of their way to provide the best customer service. And their ladies that answer the phone to help, are not very friendly and courteous. The past owners, Everkept, were exceptional with customers, always friendly and helpful. You felt like a golden customer, well treated and they went out of their way to provide supreme service. Arrow Waste comes across as your typical garbage company. We take your money, but sometimes not your garbage. Jenison HAS to have more options. Porr service, poor customer satisfaction, and you definitely don't get what you pay for.

We had curb recycling for years, under Bob's Disposal before these guys took over. The website is archaic. It constantly rejects my payments, when I used to be on autopay. Apparently Arrow changed this without warning. A few calls to the office did almost nothing. 'Jennifer' or whomever answers, states "just keep trying" autopay, or1990s payment by phone. Completely absurd. But they are the only recycling place around...

We had EverKept for years and then they switched us to Arrohead. So far we've not been impressed. We seen a rate increase, had misinformation about pick up days which caused us to leave our trash and recycling out on the wrong day. We had two extra small trash bags left by the trash can that we're not taken. Apparently they don't take extra bags left out? I mean l, I know it's an inconvenience but I maybe have extra bags to set out every few months. And although it's an inconvenience- I'm paying you to take my trash! By the time we realized late that night they weren't going to get the bags, we had animals get into them and trash was blown all over the neighborhood. Probably going to shop around. It's a shame- EverKept had always had really good communication and made an effort to do right by their costumers within reason. I don't except my sectional couch to be picked up off the curb, but you can at least take my trash bags.
