Stay Ahead of Earned Sick Time Act Changes

The Earned Sick Time Act (ESTA) went into effect on February 21, 2025.  We know many businesses still have questions and need clarity for compliance and implementation.

The Chamber of Commerce Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Ferrysburg, in collaboration with the Grand Rapids Chamber, and the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce, is hosting a Virtual Town Hall dedicated to ESTA Q&A.  Lisa Sabourin, Executive Vice President, West Michigan of the American Society of Employers (ASE), will provide valuable insights on navigating ESTA compliance.
