At LifeCircles PACE we believe that living at home matters to older adults. Our program is unique in its simplicity and common-sense approach to senior care. Our skilled teams provide care and support to qualified seniors 55+ so they can live in the homes they love with healthy independence. We offer an at-home alternative to nursing homes, assisted livings and memory care.

PACE provides health and social supports for those who may have complex health, memory or other needs. PACE programs are evidenced based and have been offering older adults and those who love them peace of mind with a "one-stop-shop" approach to senior care for nearly 50 years.

The program has been featured in Time Magazine and in The New York Times. It is often referred to as "The Gold Standard of Senior Care" because data demonstrates that program participants show less deterioration in physical function, they report feeling happier, healthier and more independent than their peers, and feel less isolation and loneliness. Caregivers to the participants report feeling less stress and burnout.
