Very slow service. Waited over 30 minutes from when my over was placed. They had very limited staff.

I placed a curbside pickup order for 2:00 pm because I have a newborn and did not want to have to go in to the business. I arrived at 2 and waited until 2:12ish before calling to see what was going on. The employee said he had my order and would bring it to me. I asked him if it could be remade since I did not know how long it had been sitting out for. He said he would remake it and bring it to me. At 2:25 I still did not have a smoothie. I got my baby and went into the restaurant. All employees were just standing around including the male I had spoken to. He had not remade my order or even attempted to bring me the original item. He said they were "busy" and said he was sorry. There were 2 customers in there at that time. No refund, discount, or coupon was offered. I finally had my order at 2:30 and went back to my car. This was my first time ordering from here so I don't know what their smoothies are supposed to be like. But it was chunky, icy, and I could barely suck it through the straw. Don't waste your time at this location because it's clear the employees don't care about their job or the customers.

I love the great smoothies I purchase here. They are made by enthusiastic employees that are always happy to answer my questions. I happened upon the owner and she was a delight as well. I am new to the "smoothie" world and I am hooked on theirs. I am trying to eat more healthy and the detox smoothie with a few additions (I add peanut butter, almonds and yogurt) to make it more of a "meal." I have ordered about ten times now and plan to continue. I hope Grand Haven and visitors support this Smoothie establishment. It is a gem. PS. My husband loves their wraps!!!

The smoothies are always yummy which brings me back. The food is good too. I prefer the Fruit port location. This location always seems to have problems.

Today I waited for them to bring my order out way past the allotted time ( this is the process during pandemic or go in with mask or be fined with misdemeanor). Since it never came, I went in with my mask to ask about my ofer and a poor young man was explaining to another unhappy customer that his order was also on the counter.

Besides the customer service issues, Several people and teenagers came in without masks. The two people behind the counter wore masks. aIt is the law.

The food here is good but the service is insanely slow. I pre ordered, they made the wrong smoothie, and then I still had to wait 10 minutes when I showed up at my pick up time. They left my sandwich sitting open on the counter for most of that time as the person walked around. I wanted to like the place but just can't.

The Baja chicken bowl had no avocado or pickled onion. The Ultimate Club didn't even have a full slice of bacon. On a positive note the Kale Apple slaw was delicious.

Surprisingly great food! I love their Caribbean Jerk chicken salad and quesadillas. Very clean and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended

I typically love TSC's smoothies and food, but this particular location has some real issues with sanitation and being chronically short staffed.

Today, I was in their restaurant during the lunch hour on a weekday and there were two young employees, one who was a bit more experienced, and one who clearly was brand new and struggling with everything. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and watched the experienced person help the new person type my order and the person's behind me into the computer, run my credit card, touch various other surfaces l the time with gloves on, and then proceed to make my wrap with those same gloves on. When I politely told her that she used dirty gloves to make my wrap and I can't eat that, she gave me attitude, but did offer to remake it. She washed her hands and re-made my wrap, but it's obvious that that the owners and management have not prioritized health and safety to their employees. In all that time, my smoothie still was not ready (there was nobody in front of me), and I waited an additional 10 minutes as the brand new girl struggled taking orders while my smoothie sat in the blender and melted. When I got back to my office and opened the remade wrap, the entire contents promptly fell out, as it wasn't wrapped well at all. Based on the earlier attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if it was intentionally wrapped poorly. 13 bucks out window.

I Love their food and smoothies, but will have to get my fix elsewhere, or stick to smoothies only at this location, since there's less chance of getting food poisoning or sick from those than food handling.

Try the food it's great. The smoothies are excellent. The service and staff are top notch. The place is always clean.

So tired of waiting for just smoothies . Girls are sweet but they are always under staffed and apologizing "oh, we just got a big call in or just got a catered order . "
