Timber View Apartments

This was my first apartment to ever move into. They looked nice. But omg they over charge for soooo much. The prices for these apartments are ridiculous. We paid about $2k for the initial move in. Then $1,500 each month for rent and utilities. Then we broke our lease early which we had to buy out 2 more months with an extra fee of $2,700. The pet deposit was also $600. You would think all these fees would cover SOMETHING. But no. We had a little bit of carpet tear due do our kitties. And they are charging us $1,000 to replace one room of carpet. Not to mention our apartment was NOT 100% perfect when we moved in. The cabinets were peeling. The blinds from the sliding door were ugly and poorly put together. The sealant in our bathroom was horrible by the tub. The apartment are DECENT looking. I would understand the charges if the apartments were like super fancy. But no they are not. Dog owners wouldn't even pick up after themselves so we had to watch where we stepped. The kids in the apartment above us were noisey but we put up with it because kids are kids. They would blow all the extra grass and leaves "away" yet it would all clutter right in our front entrance. The pool would always close down (about 1-2 times a week) and it's ONLY 4ft high. These are charging a ridiculous amount. I would not recommend moving here to end up paying for all of this. Not to mention we could never find parking near our apartment. Always packed with cars. ALSO if you want a garage, it's an extra $70 per month!!

Don't move here !!!!!! Never any parking you ha e to park sometimes a block or 2 away from your house . The walls are paper thin , you here everything and noise doesn't usually bother me . The price is a rip off ..

I would never recommend these apartments to anyone!!! The parking is a joke!! There is NEVER a space to park in!! We have mentioned to management several times they need to assign parking, because having to park two complexes away from my apt while people have their guests over is not okay!! But they continue to let it stay packed, and force their residents to park in the grass (which by the way they will ticket you for ) They have one trash bin per 3/4 complexes that they never have emptied, and the trash is ALWAYS overflowing and blowing all over our stairwells and parking lot!! They have raised rates 3 times in the year I've lived here. Not to mention staff and management constantly change, so you can be promised something by someone, and then the next week you call "that person no longer works for the company". This is hands down the WORST experience I've had renting an apartment. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
