Honestly, don't mind coming here!! As much as my husband and myself shop online this UPS location is visited at least 2-3 times per week! Everyone is ALWAYS friendly, quick, helpful and efficient! I literally avoid going to the post office whenever I can but, am happy to come here. I wish the parking was a little more convenient during the busy months but even that doesn't keep us away!!

I had to ditch the dish( direct tv) they had me bring all the equipment to an ups ship store. They checked all equipment in. They issued a receipt and sent me on my way. Fast, friendly, and easy. They packed it and shipped it for me free of charge. They couldn't of been nicer.

The customer service at this store is amazing! We had to return a ridiculously large and heavy package and they were so helpful. They make shipping painless and quick! Every staff member is so nice! 10 out of 5 stars!

I needed to ship 7 watches to 4 different countries and 3 different states. Mackenzie was up for the challenge and Bri jumped in for the assist. Rock stars! I allotted 2 hours for my task and was done in 33 minutes! Thank you! You made my day so much easier!!!

So, I had to visit the UPS store this week to mail something out, and I had the nicest experience there. I was very leary of going there after my husband had had such poor customer service a few months ago, but the lady helping me couldn't have been any nicer. It turned out that they couldn't ship my package because they can't access recipients' account numbers, but she was very accommodating and felt horrible that they had to send me to another UPS location in Muskegon. It was completely not her fault, but she was very apologetic about not having the service I needed. I'm glad I gave it another change and will go there again for any other UPS services. Maybe they've changed their tune or are working on customer service? If so, it shows!

Feb 1, 2017Previous reviewMy husband stopped by during the week after work to ship a package at this UPS Store in Grand Haven. Two people were working in the store. Both were helping one customer in line in front of him. He waited 10-15 minutes for his turn.
When it was his turn, the girl working there put her coat on, clocked out and left. The older gentleman working there, probably the owner/operator, didn't say anything to him as he approach the counter. Nothing, not even hello or sorry about the wait. By the way, the guy who was in line in front of him didn't buy a thing, he changed his mind after he learned how much it would cost to ship his items. My husband had some equipment to return to AT&T for cable service. He had everything packaged in the original boxes and organized and the guy looked at him and the first thing he said was, "They've got to be out of the boxes to scan." He started tearing into the 6 boxes and chucking the boxes over his shoulder. It seemed that he really didn't want to be doing this. Now everything was scattered all over the place, cords, routers, and cable boxes all on the scale. He's standing at the computer waiting and waiting. Then he says to my husband that he can't connect to process the return. He says that he can't do anything for my husband and that he'll have to come back another time. Ok, not his fault if he can't connect, but he didn't have to be a jerk about it. After they boxed all the equipment back up, he left.
Since his visit to the UPS Store in Grand Haven, he mentioned his experience there to someone only to be one-upped by someone else who had an even worse experience. It is surprising that this place is still open. Apparently, when you have the only franchise in the area, you can run it any way you please.
He ended up shipping this from a UPS Store in Grand Rapids and had the kind of experience you would expect from a customer service-based business. Thumbs up to the UPS Store in Grand Rapids!
