This store is amazing! We arrived 30 minutes before close on a beautiful summer Saturday with a lot of questions, and service was terrific! They were patient and very helpful, the selection very good and prices reasonable. It's worth the trip if you aren't nearby.

I recently went to this local business to find a replacement for a outdoor globe fixture. I prefer to spend my money at our local businesses. Upon entering the store was empty and quiet. I approached the counter and a very nice young woman asked if she could help me. I showed her my old globe and explained the fixture was old and I didn't have much more info on it. She preceded to show me some catalogs and tried to find my particular globe. As I stood there a older lady with glasses behind the counter asked if I new the name brand of the fixture. I explained again that I did not have that information. I turned to the young woman who was helping me and we made polite conversation as she continued to try to find my globe from her catalog. Once again the older CSR made a comment about me not having the fixture brand. We weren't having much luck in finding what I needed when the older CSR said "this is why you need the name brand on the fixture, then we might be able to help". Her tone was snotty, like I was interrupting her day. I picked up my globe and told her how rude she was being and that I would not be doing business there. She did not try to apologize she just said "ok". Terrible customer service. They must not need business to turn customers away like that and not care. Do not use this business if you expect any kind of individual help or service. So sad our local businesses don't want serve our public. Terrible experience.
