Gail U.Zeeland, MI1622Mar 25, 2019First to ReviewThis is the first and last time that I will get my taxes done here. When it came to my taxes, I felt like I was part of an assembly line. When I called to make sure that my taxes were filed, they were not yet and it has been three weeks. They made it sound like it was my fault. When I had my taxes done I told them that I would transfer money to my IRA the next day. I signed my taxes to be filed. The receptionist then put a note on my file to call me to verify. It was not done and this was explained when I called.
Needless to say, I was not happy with the customer service. If you choose to use this company, make sure that you have everything in order and make sure to ask specific questions. I heard from another person that used them to make sure of this. I just hope that others have had a better experience than I did.
