I first visited for some Lifestyle Coaching with Rebecca Neil, and I truly appreciated her non-judgmental approach to helping me focus on overall health and wellness. She also offers several events a year for group hikes, yoga, kayaking, even drum circles! The facility is in a beautiful setting and I'm so glad I found Paradigm Wellness!

The owner, Rebecca, was very accommodating in allowing me to use a gift certificate I had received over two years prior, and communications to set up my appointment were excellent. Her location is just off the beaten path enough to feel like an escape, and the interior is cozy, calming, and extremely clean. Rebecca helped me feel at home and comfortable immediately, and was a wonderful listener as I described my massage needs. The massage I received was absolutely perfect and just what I had requested: the perfect blend of relaxation, muscle therapy, and stress relief. Thank you so much, Rebecca, for a fantastic experience! I have found my massage "home" and cannot wait to come back!
