Lucy's

I was hanging out at Odd Sides, and Lucy's was open for take out! I made the 3 minute walk over there after calling in my order, and I was very impressed!

There is parking all over in that area, and while I did not dine in, the service was great! The guy who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, and the staff was great when we came to pick up the food.

I will have to go back to use the patio in the summer time because it looked like a wonderful spot to hangout. I think Lucy's is the perfect, small little place to spend some time enjoying company! I like that it's a little bit out of the way of the main road, but close enough to everything else.

And the food was very solid! I liked the options they had, everything was really good, and the prices were good too!

I want to love this place, but it's rather hard knowing what it used to be. In my opinion, Grand Haven didn't need yet another restaurant... it needed the unique sandwich shop/deli/market that Lucy's once was. That being said, I'm somewhat indifferent on our recent visit. Our server was friendly and quick. They also offered happy hour with food and drink specials that made the prices a little more enticing. Live music was a nice touch to the atmosphere and the interior is done exceptionally well. My disappointment with our visit lies with the food... wasn't great, wasn't terrible. The Baked Feta Garlic skillet was small for the price ($14, not a happy hour special) and the Hot Honey Brussel Sprouts were really dry. I still gave them 4 stars because everything else was great, it was just the food that was underwhelming. I hope to give them another try in the future and have a completely different experience with the food!

Lucy's is a a year-round treasure!!! Live music is a rarity in GH and Lucy's delivers! Locals are sooooo glad to have another great and uniquely different option. The staff is great! Payton, the bartender, is a sweetheart and always willing to make you exactly what you want. Nicole waits tables and is an absolute doll. Ashley, the manager, is a fun, creative and dedicated ball of energy. The food is a big step above typical bar food (not all deep fried) and is very good. I wish they'd reduce their sandwich menu and add some more entrees, though. I know they're planning on expanding their very small kitchen so hoping that helps broaden the options. There is usually a wait on weekend nights, even in the winter!! It's a small place in winter and the pretty outdoor patio rocks in the summer! You really can't go wrong!

Visited Lucy's today for the first time for lunch and was very pleased! The mural on the building itself is such a fun design and a great way to welcome guests. We were greeted by smiling staff as soon as we walked in the door. The interior of Lucy's is such a good vibe. Modern, boho, with plants. The light fixtures are unique. Our waitress Izzy was very kind and attentive. Our food came out fast and it was outstanding! I had the "Mailbag" sandwich and it was EXCELLENT! The sourdough bread had a good crunch to it, the pesto mayo was the best I have ever had. I subbed regular mayo for pesto mayo. Highly recommend that pesto mayo! The sandwich was a very good size served with wave potato chips. The menu has great variety and there are a lot of dishes I would like to try. They have a live music area inside. They do have outdoor seating during the warmer months too, which I also can't wait to visit again for that! Overall a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back.

Lucy's is an adorable building just outside of downtown Grand Haven. They have a super cute outdoor dining area, the indoor dinging room is cute and comfortable. Our server was clearly brand new but was bubbly and definitely did the best she could. I ordered the Coast Guard and it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a restaurant in a long time. We asked for some sort of dip for our chips, and they brought some homemade hummus out. It was so good, I could have eaten it with a spoon. I was a touch disappointed that the chips were just your basic ruffle chips but the sandwich more than made up for it.

I moved to GH last year from Austin, Texas and have really been missing the casual live music scene. Lucy's is a wonderful homage to that vibe and the food was amazing. Will definitely be back.

I really like this place. The wait staff is fun! We stopped for a beer and a couple appetizers. Had the bruschetta and the 3 chip dips. The dips were great. Tatziki, creamy riccota, and hummus. All three really great. You don't get enough pita for all three dips. So we had to order more pita. They have music and I love the patio. It is covered. Full bar and seats at the bar. The flowers are amazing

The coolest hangout in the Summer! The best patio with live music. Great drinks and food! A little on the pricy side but expected for GH. The location is easy to find, right off the main strip of GH.

They have free women's hygiene products in the restroom which is amazing. I have never seen a restaurant do this before! Very cool.

One of my favorite beach bars in Gulfport, MS. Always good food, and the specialty drinks are a must. Never disappointed here. If you're lucky, either Robin or James will be your server. Our favorites!
