Great crew, great equipment and very professional! I'm surprised a local Spring Lake company has this much equipment. I had a 100+ year old pine that was dying. It was located between two houses that are very close together and tangled in power and communication lines.

They brought in a remote controlled crane with a claw and a saw. In less than two hours they had it downed in sections, chipped and the site cleaned up.

They showed up for the quote and for the job on time, as they promised. Great company!

Prompt response for a quote, clear about the plan to take down 5 large trees and great communication leading up to the work. Their equipment is modern, newer and in great condition. Their team members are polite, focused and work is a very safe manner. I was very impressed with their work...timely, complete and left the work area clear of debris...it was like they were never there! Great job, and I highly recommend them!

Too bad they never showed up to give us a quote. No call, no show. Waste of our time.

We called Get-R-Cut tree removal service to provide us a quote for tree trimming services. We had used this company the year prior and were satisfied with their service. The company came out and provided my husband with a verbal quote and was informed in order to get on the schedule a deposit would be required. My husband paid the deposit. The following day we received a email with a written quote which was not the amount that was understood by my husband. The written quote was for $250/ hour, my husband had thought the verbal quote was $250 per tree. He immediately called them to inform them we no longer wanted the service due to the misunderstanding of the quoted price. Get-R-Cut refused to return our $100 deposit stating it was a non refundable deposit. Never once when paying the deposit the day prior was it ever stated or implied that it was a non refundable deposit. This was simply a misunderstanding over a quoted price. We have never dealt with a company who profits off a misunderstanding.
