      This bank has treated us horribly! My advice is if you are looking for a mortgage, do NOT use 5/3rd in Grand Haven, MI

      STAY AWAY, they do not have good customer service, no statements either.

      I didn't even want to give them ONE STAR they are so bad.

      I'm not sure how a bank can collect such friendly employees, but this branch sure does! Every interaction I've had has been pleasant and helpful.
