The walls are not "paper thin" as he had stated. The only time i can hear other tenants is if I'm in the hallway on my way up the stairs to get to my unit and they also happen to be speaking near the door. I've never been able to hear anybody else while being inside of my unit. This place is awesome, friendly, & has nice amenities as well! The kayak launch is my favorite in the spring/summer. Maintenance fixes things in a timely manner if you let them know of any issues, & management is very nice! Love staying here.
