Pro-Lift Garage Doors

The technician was Mark Friedrich, and he did an excellent job installing and fitting the garage door to the opening. He had to make special considerations for fitting the garage door because the opening was not square, and it was slightly too large. The garage framing was not done by Pro-Lift, but Mark was able to still fit the door properly. I appreciate the extra effort that Mark provided.

I put in a request for a service pro through Angi.com and got a call within 5 minutes from the owner knowing there was a technician in my area. They technician arrived he finished the job he was on. He greeted me and immediately got to work listening to the complaint…installed a new opener and it would not finish the programming cycle. There was an issue with the wheel tracks on the door. He has it fixed in a jiff and explained everything he did. He has great customer service. The price I paid was a lot less than I thought it would be. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this company and technician.
