Event Description: Bird lovers are invited to flock to SLDL to hear Ottawa County Park Naturalist Curtis Dykstra talk about the elusive snowy owl and where the owls can be found in Ottawa Co. Snowy owls inhabit the arctic tundra during the summer, but make periodic winter visits to the south. Dykstra will explore the natural history of these arctic visitors and share where you might be able to view one yourself.
