Event Description: Mainstream treatments used by doctors are called conventional medicine. Dr. Diana Okuniewski, DO, of North Ottawa Women’s Health will be exploring complementary and alternative medicine options. She will help educate on what is safe, what is not, what works and what doesn’t. She will also be discussing alternative options for menopause symptoms, as well as vitamin supplements for optimal health.
