Event Description: Artist Statement: “In my art works I often show the changes that happen in us and around us – past, present, and future. The colors and shapes represent time and people, as well as the dynamic flow of joy in and appreciation of life.” Arthur Lazaryan’s love of drawing, painting, and sculpting started at the age of six. By the time he was a teenager, he had already participated in several group and solo exhibitions in Armenia, and throughout Europe and Asia. He graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering and design. His first show in the United States was at the Contemporary Fine Art Gallery in downtown Los Angeles. Arthur's art is displayed in public and private collections worldwide. He currently resides in Michigan where he is active as an artist. Arthur has worked with many media. The landscapes and diverse beauty of Michigan inspire his work.
