Event Description: Join Chef Jamie Paquin at SLDL to sample healthy and delicious recipes using only the freshest ingredients now abundantly available a local farmers markets. On the menu: market fresh salad made with roasted beets and local greens, topped with farmer's cheese and a fresh vinaigrette. Sample the chef's recipe for roasted vegetables with romesco sauce and learn how you can duplicate these recipes at home. Preregistration is required as seating is limited.
