Event Description: This class includes a combination of health tips, relaxation techniques, and stretching exercises; some weight training and balance exercises are also offered. Participants can work at their own pace to increase flexibility and reduce levels of pain and stiffness. This program is endorsed by The Arthritis Foundation.
