Event Description: Classical guitarist Kyle Thompson will perform works by Fransisco Tarrega, Johann Sebastian Bach, Leo Brouwer and Alexander Tansman. Kyle is a freelance guitarist and teacher from Grand Rapids who has earned degrees from Grand Rapids Community College and Grand Valley State University studying under the direction of Brian Morris and Carlos De La Barrera, respectively. Kyle is currently in his first year of graduate studies in guitar at the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati under the direction of Clare Callahan.
