Event Description: Once you've recruited, hired, and onboarded your employees, how do you retain them? Every time you hire a new employee, or have an employee leave, it costs your business time and money. While it is important to retain your employees, problem employees can negatively impact every aspect of your business. In this session, you'll learn strategies to retain your employees, and ways to manage any problem employees you may have. Fee: $ 20.00 Payments can be made online or by calling an SBDC office.
