Event Description: The 10th Annual Smith’s Bayou Chili Cook-off is scheduled for Saturday, August 27, 2016. The proceeds of this community event will be donated to Folds of Honor Foundation, providing post- secondary educational scholarships for children and spouses of military service men and women killed or disabled while serving our great nation. Folds of Honor Foundation honors military families by providing educational support and opportunities to ensure that no one is left behind.
