Event Description: It's all about chocolate at SLDL - artisan chocolates by Patricia Christopher of Patricia's Chocolates. Sample Fortunato No. 4, made from rare exotic cacao that until recently was thought to be extinct. Patricia will share the story of how the genetically pure cacao was rediscovered in the Peruvian Andes and how she combines it with unique ingredients to create a variety of confections to delight any chocolate lover's palate.
