Event Description:
Counterpart Meeting, Wednesday, December 2, noon, Holiday Inn, 940 W. Savidge St, Spring Lake, Michigan. Counterpart’s December 2 meeting will feature the lovely voices of the Grand Haven High School chorale. This program starts promptly at noon to accommodate the students’ schedules, followed by a short business meeting and lunch. Counterpart will also be accepting donations for the support of a local family that the group has “adopted” for the holiday season. Reservations for the meeting at the Spring Lake Holiday Inn are due no later than noon November 30 (the Monday prior to the luncheon). Guests are welcome. To make or cancel reservations, email Martha Roldan: keltyroldan@msn.com or call her at (616) 607-9205. The $11.00 luncheon fee is due at the door. Please note that Counterpart is charged for each lunch ordered, so if you have a reservation, payment for your meal is due even if you cannot attend. Public wishing to hear the program without attending the luncheon are welcome to attend at no cost. January’s program will feature Diane Sheridan, Executive Director of the Grand Haven Main Street Downtown Development Authority. Counterpart is a local women’s organization whose mission is networking, broadening knowledge of our world, and providing support for local women and children. For information about membership and past programs, please visit our website at www.mycounterpart.wordpress.com or call President Barb Dryer at 846-6402.
