Event Description: Now is the time to choose your health insurance plan for 2016. Health insurance marketplace information specialists from Cherry Health will be at SLDL to assist the public with choosing the plan that fits their budget and health care needs. No appointment is required. Bring income documents, social security numbers and IDs for all applicants including your MI Bridges account username and password if applicable.
