Event Description: Barbara Lee, who leads pilgrimages to China and Tibet, will introduce you to the world’s oldest continuous civilization, stretching back over 5000 years. You will encounter a culture, a history, and a backdrop that will amaze, delight, and challenge you to see this part of the world in a brand new way. From the busy streets of Beijing to the remote beauty of the Five Holy Peaks of Taoism, you will get a firsthand look at the ways, the people and religions of this mystical and ancient land. You may even be inspired to join Pilgrim Spirit Tours on their next cultural immersion trip to China and Tibet. Ours is a world of wonder. It’s sights, its sounds, its smells, its creatures. There is nothing like being introduced to a new place to renew the spirit of awe and wonder within our souls. Nothing so sparks in us an awareness of the richness of this creation or the wonderful diversity it contains.
